FREIPOL STRENG PP

SEWAGE SYSTEM according to DIN EN1852

Heavy duty PP sewer pipes, applicable in combined and separate sewerage systems, suitable for sewerage and rainwater drainage.

- due to the high wall thickness of the pipes, as well as the applied PP material without mineral modifier, an ideal balance between high stiffness and resistance to impact can be reached. This results in a high resistance against load of this robust pipe on the building site even at -20 °C outside temperature.

- ring stiffness of the complete pipes and fittings program is min. SN8, SN12, or SN16

- applicable at shallow laying depth as well as at higher depth of cover

- high point load resistance

- cost savings due to the long service life of the pipe, the possible use of a coarse grained embedment material and native backfill

- very high abrasion resistance

- high-pressure rinse applicable up to 200 bar

Beneficial properties:

- cost savings due to fast and easy installation

- resistance against high traffic load, applicable at shallow laying depth as well as at higher depth of cover

- suitable for the drainage of aggressive industrial wastewater; high temperature resistance up to 80 °C for short distances

- high ingress protection, and water-tightness

- cost savings at the treatment plants

- possibility of a subsequent connection of pipelines to public mains using FREIPOL DOCK saddle tap tees in dimensions DN160 and DN200

FREIPOL KG PVC

SEWAGE SYSTEM according to DIN EN 13476-2 and DIN EN 1401

These sewage pipes are suitable for use in subsoil drainage and the construction of sewer systems, for underground drainage and sewerage.

- safe transport of sewage and rainwater

- predominantly used in gravity (non-pressure) sewer systems

- for normal use; modern sewer pipe system of the tried and tested PVC-U material

- intended to be used buried underground, outside the building structure

- ideal for agricultural and industrial drainage, for the construction of sewage- and rainwater drainage systems as well as for the disposal of municipal waste-water and the drainage of waste-water from construction sites

- resistant to impact, manufactured of durable PVC material, with smooth and shiny surface

Beneficial properties:

- advantages of structured-wall pipes according to DIN EN 13476-2 are that the external surface of the pipe-wall provides mechanical protection, the porous structure of the middle layer results in high impact resistance and reduced weight, and the smooth inner layer ensures good flow characteristics of the entire system

- advantages of the pipes according to DIN EN 1401 are their homogeneous wall-structure and their durability

- wide range of pipe fittings available

- possibility of a subsequent connection of pipelines to public mains using FREIPOL DOCK saddle tap tees in dimensions DN160 and DN200
